A lovely facility, all staff have been courteous and helpful and I have never had to wait too long before being seen. Very clean and well run, I have yet to have my surgery here but can only assume the care I receive then will be as good as that I've experienced so far.
If i had one criticism to make it would be about the visitor/patient parking. There doesn't seem to be enough spaces and I have always had trouble finding or had to wait for a parking spot to become available.

I really like this hospital, I feel very lucky as an NHS patient to be treated in this place. I would recommend it to anyone, I am considering paying privately for investigations into another (potential) condition as I really feel comfortable here.

Three Shires Hospital has always been a very friendly environment whoever you speak to have time for you, with a smile as well.

A clean well equipped hospital with very caring staff. I have no complaints about the excellent treatment I received here.

My stay at the hospital was excellent in all aspects. I suffered from significant pain levels for the two days after my operation and the staff dealt with everything with a calm and confident manner during both day and night. I hope to be at the hospital for my next operation.

I used the service as a diagnostic for ongoing pain and mri and xrays wast hen referred back to the nhs I was luck to have family that covered the cost, without which i feel i would still be no further on.. I was seen in 2 days had the mri and xrays within a week and diagnosis within 2 weeks. there are others who are not as fortunate as I who just couldnt afford to do this.

It is a lovely hospital. The staff are caring, courteous and professional. Whilst being very efficient it is a calm and peaceful environment. I actually enjoyed my stay which I am sure contributed to my recovery.
